The Overlook at Settler's Ridge

This newly built cabin (Nov 2023), The Overlook at Settler's Ridge, features everything you want and need to have an epic Smoky Mountain vacation! 4 bedrooms each with an attached en-suite bathroom over three levels - all with spectacular 180 degree views of Mt. LeConte and the surrounding area. Feel the stress melt away as our cabin-chic vibe with luxury furnishings and decor pampers your body and soul. All this with a location that is close to all of your favorite attractions including just a few miles to downtown Gatlinburg and just minutes from hiking trails, waterfalls, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.

The open floor plan on the main level gives family and friends a place to come together and create memories that will last a lifetime. Whether it's enjoying the fresh mountain air as you take in the wooded view in the rockers and hot tub or playing games with the family, this place has something for everyone. 

Each level has a large deck with plenty of tall adirondack chairs and rockers for you to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air and mountain scenery. Grab a drink and your special someone and head over to the main level gazebo for some alone time on the porch swing - an extra special place for couples to spend time together.

The main floor features one private king bedroom with attached en-suite bathroom. The upstairs level has 2 more private king bedrooms with attached en-suite bathrooms.

The lower level bunk room has 2 sets of full over full bunk beds. It also includes a seating area with a fold-out sofa bed. The bunk room has 2 wall-mounted TVs - one in the bunk area and one facing the seating area. A workstation is also included should you find yourself needing a desk and chair during your stay.

All linens and towels are provided and have a higher thread count for your comfort. Mattress are high-end Amish made with luxury bedding that will entice you to linger a little longer in the morning. Whatever you like to do, this cabin is the great escape that you are looking for.

Across from the bunk room, with it's own security lock, is the large heated indoor pool room. Lots of windows allow you to not miss out on the view while enjoying the pool, playing cornhole or connect 4, or lounging in the many chairs.

The lower level deck also features a hot tub for relaxing after an exciting day shopping in Gatlinburg, Skiing Ober Gatlinburg, biking through Cades Cove, family fun in Pigeon Forge or hiking the many trails in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. 

The living room and every bedroom feature 58" 4K TVs. For the absolute ultimate viewing and gaming experience, the theater room contains a 75" 4K TV along with 2 rows of theater seating that include lighted cupholders, wireless phone chargers, heated and cooled seats, speakers, and vibration - you have to see it and feel it to believe it! All TVs are Roku TVs in guest mode so you can login to all your favorite streaming apps and watch your own content and be logged out of everything automatically upon your departure.

If you do decide to pull yourself away from the views and fun of The Overlook, you won't find a better Smoky Mountain location. The Overlook at Settler's Ridge is only 12 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg, 19 minutes to the Smoky Mountains National Park and 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge with multiple routes to each so you'll spend less time in the car and more time enjoying all that the area has to offer.
